**Key Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the smart projectors.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within our CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- B2+ level proficiency in German; English proficiency to support interviews, training, and daily communication.
- At least two years of online customer service experience.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is required.
- Experience in technical troubleshooting and e-commerce is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and afternoon shifts as business needs evolve.
- Must have a reliable home office setup with a stable internet connection.

**Work Schedule**:
The initial schedule will be Monday to Friday, 1 pm to 9 pm (Germany Time).

As our business grows, there may be a need to support weekend work or morning shifts
