**About the job**:
We are looking for a dynamic **Sales Account Manager** to join our team and focus on following up with leads generated. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing leads, building strong relationships, and converting prospects into satisfied clients. Your ability to connect with people, deliver compelling presentations, and understand clients’ needs will be key to driving sales growth and ensuring the success of our **CrossPay project.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Follow up on leads generated from the CrossPay project and turn them into sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through excellent communication and follow-up.
- Conduct product presentations and demos to showcase the value of CrossPay solutions to prospective clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure alignment in lead generation efforts and client feedback.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively using CRM tool and provide regular updates on progress and key metrics.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the CrossPay project

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or any relevant degree.
- Proven experience for 4-5 experience in sales, account management, or a related field, preferably with a focus Fast Moving Consumer Good (FMCG) on B2B or fintech products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Arabic, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
- Excellent presentation skills with the confidence to deliver compelling product demonstrations.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong ability to manage time and follow up on leads diligently.
- Experience using CRM tools for tracking and managing leads.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a client-focused mindset.
