- BS degree in business administration or a related field.
- 4+ Years of telesales experience with at least 2 years as a team leader.
- Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus.
- Proven experience as a telesales team leader, consistently exceeding targets.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
- High level of ownership and dedication.
- Excellent communication & sales skills.
- Very Good English command.
- Target oriented.
