You will be working as Product Marketing Manager - MV Motors and will be part of Motion Business Area for Large Motors & Generators Digital Division based in Cairo, Egypt. In this role you will be reporting to Industry Sales Manager and will be responsible to represent Global Division(s) in the Country to grow sales and market. Define, plan and ensure implementation of product marketing strategies in assigned area to meet business objectives and in line with global product strategy. Oversee all sales and marketing activities, and support sales organizations in driving sales and services of respective products.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Abide with ABB Safety and Integrity Guidelines with zero tolerance and proper market sizing and channels to market definition in EG for Medium Voltage Motors. Coordinate market analyses in full coordination with segment sales and define appropriate forecasts and plans and evaluate and share customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
- Coordinate the global Division / PG strategy in the local market in full alignment with segment leaders to grow sales and market. Oversee all sales and marketing activities, and support sales organizations in driving sales and services of respective products.
- Oversees sales execution for assigned products by coordinating the preparation of relevant materials and guidance to Sales team(s) and Segment Leaders. Coordinate opportunities across local Business Area, Divisions and PGs where appropriate.
- Annual budgeting for Medium Voltage Motors and working in tandem with sales and segment leaders to provide accurate Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly forecast / estimates for Medium Voltage Motors, mange selected OEM accounts as set in the LSU sales strategy and deliver assigned tasks showing high level of commitments.
- Spearhead market intelligence activities to uniquely position ABB to gain additional market share for Medium Voltage Motors. Develop annual sales plans for Medium Voltage Motors in full alignment with Segment Leaders and line with growth ambition, implement business-driven actions in accordance.
- Continuous pipeline management for Medium Voltage Motors in coordination with sales teams and segment leaders, manage sales expansion plans across assigned accounts, segments, and markets to sell Medium Voltage Motors full portfolio in close cooperation with sales and segment leaders.
- Lead coordination with Segment Leaders to submit monthly and quarterly forecast for Medium Voltage Motors orders with high accuracy, develop priorities map in line with BA and Division strategies to ensure business continuity and growth for Medium Voltage Motors. Work closely with Segment Leaders to grow Medium Voltage Motors business in key focus segments and through OEMs, EPC and appropriate channels.
**Your background**:
- BSC degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
- Minimum 6-7 years’ experience in sales and product management with at least 4 years’ experience in Medium Voltage Motors.
- Fluency in both spoken & written English. Arabic language would be a plus.
