**Job Description**:
As a Senior Marketing & Communications Specialist for O7 Therapy, your role would encompass a range of responsibilities related to marketing and communications strategies. Here's an overview of the key responsibilities and tasks you might handle in this role:

- Developing Marketing Strategies: You would be responsible for creating comprehensive marketing strategies to promote O7 Therapy's online mental health services. This includes identifying target audiences, defining value propositions, and determining marketing channels and tactics.
- Brand Management: You would play a crucial role in managing and enhancing O7 Therapy's brand image and reputation. This involves ensuring brand consistency across all communication channels and monitoring brand perception among the target audience.
- Content Creation: You would oversee the creation of engaging and informative content to promote O7 Therapy's services. This includes writing website copy, blog articles, social media posts, and other marketing materials. Additionally, you might collaborate with graphic designers and video producers to create visual content.
- Digital Marketing: You would develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase awareness and drive traffic to O7 Therapy's online platforms. This might involve managing social media accounts, implementing SEO strategies, supporting Growth team in running paid advertising campaigns.

**Qualifications**:
