Job Description & Specification:

- Evaluate outsource Investigation companies that our company deals with
- Assess and develop team work procedures and protocol, prepare work schedules and expedite workflow.
- Develop goals that completement the overarching business goals of the company and coordinate staff to continually meet or exceed goals
- Generate weekly Investigation reports to distribution to business as necessary
- Assign responsibility for investigation of fraud cases and possible legal action and collection for worthless checks and delinquent bills
- Other duties as assigned

**J**ob Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree.
- 7+ experience in the same fields in banking / leasing companies
- Excellent command of Arabic and English.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and listing).
- Ability to build partnerships and work well in teams.
- Can generate creative solutions and has the courage to make necessary decisions.
- Has his/her own elevated performance standards and ensures both he/she and the team produce high quality work.
