**Job Overview**:
As a Social Media Specialist at Xappee, you will play a crucial role in shaping our online presence and driving brand growth. Your responsibilities will include:
**Duties**:

- Developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Creating and managing social media content, including designing, writing and scheduling posts.
- Monitoring social media platforms for trends, news, and conversations relevant to the brand.
- Engaging with followers and responding to comments and messages promptly.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Analysing social media metrics and providing reports on performance and insights.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.

**Requirements**:

- **Must speak Fluent English.**:

- Minimum of 5 years experience working in a social media or similar content marketing role, either in an agency or an in-house marketing team.
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, including Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Familiarity with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Buffer, and more.
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
- Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights from social media metrics.
- Knowledge of public relations principles is a plus.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Developing a full strategy for newer platforms and identifying opportunities.
- Executing relevant social-first campaigns that are engaging and on-brand.
- Launching innovative content to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Planning, evaluating, and monitoring different product trends.
- Managing the social section on the overarching brand calendar.
- Collaborating with the team to secure impactful social partnerships.
- Ensuring social platforms are up-to-date and on-brand.
- Expanding and developing the social team in line with brand growth.
- Leading weekly trading meetings for both paid and organic social media.
- Executing paid social strategies with a focus on high ROAS.
- Demonstrating creative, content, and copywriting skills.
- Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Marketing, and more.
