Construction Supervisor

PPL Dynamics is seeking a highly skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team.

As a Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction activities and ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction activities and ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations;
• Manage budgets and schedules to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget;
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors;
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success;
• Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure high-quality workmanship.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in construction management or a related field;
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or architecture;
• Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget;
• Strong leadership and communication skills;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks;
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
