Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and competent Office Manager to provide support to our Chairman in different functions. This role involves handling routine and advanced messaging, maintaining the pace of information flow under tight schedules, following up with others on calls and communication, coordinating tasks between departments, preparing meetings, taking minutes, and following up on execution.

This position requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and effective communication skills. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience as an Office Manager, fluency in written and spoken German/English, and the ability to represent the Chairman's office in interactions with international customers and suppliers. They will also be capable of working under pressure, being a multi-task person, fast learner, active, and target-oriented.
