Customer Service Representative Job Opportunity

NOK Human Capital is seeking highly skilled Customer Service Representatives to join a reputable insurance company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support via various channels.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any issues or concerns in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • V. Good English Level for effective communication.
  • At least 6 months of experience as a CSR in a similar industry.
