ICU Senior Registrar

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ICU Registrar/Sr. Registrar to join our team at Antal International Network - IME. As a critical care specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, managing complex medical cases, and contributing to the training and development of medical teams.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Advanced Clinical Skills: Demonstrate expertise in critical care medicine, including advanced life support and management of critically ill patients.
• Leadership and Mentorship: Provide leadership and mentorship to junior medical staff and residents, contributing to the development of medical teams.
• Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives, implementing evidence-based medical practices and contributing to the improvement of patient care.
• Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with consultants and specialists in multidisciplinary teams, providing expert consultations on challenging medical cases.
• Continuous Professional Development: Pursue continuous professional development, staying up-to-date with advancements in critical care medicine and attending conferences and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate from a medical school of good standing, completion of required period of training in specialty and/or subspecialty, and board certification in the relevant medical specialty.
• Professional Experience: From 02 to 04 years of experience after certification, with a registered membership of the Saudi Board Council being preferable.
• Language: Proficiency in English, with additional proficiency in Arabic being beneficial.
