About the Role

We are seeking a skilled waiter to join our team at a large restaurant in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a waiter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming guests and presenting menus in a friendly and professional manner
  • Making food and beverage recommendations based on guest preferences
  • Taking orders accurately and efficiently
  • Serving food and beverages in a timely manner
  • Checking on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
  • Communicating with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food
  • Handling guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of tables, dining area, and work stations
  • Processing payments and handling cash and credit card transactions
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a waiter in a high-end or fine dining restaurant
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage menu items
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Good physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Valid work permit or residence visa for Saudi Arabia
