Fire Safety Technician Position with Global Opportunities

**Job Overview:**

As a skilled Fire Alarm Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing fire alarm systems for our clients. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, program, and test fire alarm systems, including Simplex and Autocall systems, adhering to industry standards and manufacturer specifications.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of fire alarm systems to ensure proper functioning and identify potential issues.
  • Troubleshoot and repair any malfunctions or issues with fire alarm systems.
  • Coordinate with clients to schedule installations, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Keep accurate records of all work performed and materials used.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and changes in codes and regulations.
  • Train and mentor junior technicians as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while on job sites.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing fire alarm systems.
  • Experience with Simplex and Autocall systems is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and codes such as NFPA and UL.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Fire alarm technician certification is a plus.
