Facilities Maintenance Manager Position

**Job Overview**
We are looking for a skilled Utilities Maintenance Head to oversee the maintenance and repair of all facilities, utilities in our large food factory. You will work closely with the production team to ensure all equipment runs smoothly and efficiently, and any issues are resolved in a timely manner.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversight of maintenance and repair of all utilities and equipment in the food factory, including HVAC systems, boilers, refrigeration units, and electrical systems.
- Development and implementation of a preventive maintenance program to ensure regular maintenance and servicing of equipment.
- Monitoring of equipment performance and identification of areas for improvement or optimization.
- Management of a team of maintenance technicians, including scheduling and assigning tasks, providing training and support, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Ensuring timely completion of maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and production interruptions.
- Maintenance of accurate records of all maintenance activities and schedules.
- Adherence to all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment for employees.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance for facilities and utilities.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Experience managing a team of maintenance technicians.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
- Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and maintenance management software.
**Compensation Package**
We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
