Brand Manager FMCG

Drive the growth and success of our market-leading brands in Cairo, Egypt.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement brand strategies and plans in line with company objectives
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer insights, market trends, and competitive landscape
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and initiatives
  • Manage brand budgets and monitor performance against key metrics
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, traditional, and experiential
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance, market share, and consumer feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure brand visibility and availability in the market
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including agencies, suppliers, and distributors
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve brand strategies and tactics

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Brand Manager 3-5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the FMCG industry
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and brand positioning
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing brand strategies and campaigns
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with marketing tools and platforms
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for driving results
