**_Key Tasks:_** Client Finance**
- Develop strong relationships with both the Client operational and Client finance teams.
- Understand the commercial model and enforce governance and compliance to support effective execution.
- Produce Client reports and provide value add financial commentary in their portfolio.

- Support collation of monthly accruals to Client finance teams

- Provide added value financial commentary to support regular, standard financial reports.
- Working closely with Finance & Regional Finance Manager to implement baseline and savings tracking reporting and analysis.
- Prepare elements relating to SOX control for customer invoicing / Revenue reconciliation / preparation of journals.
- Balance sheet preparation and reviews
- Preparation Payroll journal
- Provide ad-hoc support to Finance & Regional Finance Manager as required.
- Working closely with the team to identify all possible savings opportunities and ensure that financial targets are achieved.
- Support compilation of CBRE annual budgets & quarterly forecasts
- Ensure finance procedures are adhered to by operations team and take corrective action / escalate where required.
- Support in ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required.

**Finance Processes, Procedures and Reporting**
- Support the account team to ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to consistently throughout the term of the contract.
- Support the account team to manage the integrity of data regarding client reporting and GWS systems.
- Develop an understanding of how to best utilize GWS system-generated reporting capabilities.
- Continually develop systems to maximize efficiency benefits for client & GWS.
- Support the account team to ensure the accuracy and integrity of accounting records and financial systems, identify opportunities to enhance system efficiencies.

**People**
- Build trusted relationships with client finance team.
- Liaise with Contract Support teams around the business.

**Success Measures**

Success in this role will be measured through defined targets as follows:

- Detailed and compliant financial statements (SOX, CBRE, US GAAP)
- Detailed commentary and financial walks providing in depth analysis on financial performance - Gross Revenue, Net Revenue and COP
- Detailed corporate and client forecasts maintained monthly
- Corporate and client variances not exceeding -/+ 5% on Gross Revenue, Net Revenue & COP
- Detailed R&O tracker maintained
- Zero WIP over 15 days
- Zero aged debt over 15 days
- Zero aged PO accruals over 90 days
- Zero supplier invoices blocked in the system over 90 days

**Other**

**Education**:
Master 2-type higher education in Management-Finance-Management Control
- Excellent PC based skills, with experience in Word, Excel (including modelling), PowerPoint and Outlook - intermediate to advance level skills are essential (lookups and pivots essential)
- Highly numerate
- Organised and open to new ways of working to challenge inefficiencies.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and able to communicate with people at all levels across the account and develop effective relationships at all levels.
- English language is a must.
- Good knowledge of accounting mapping

**Experience**:

- Working in an environment where delivering financial information within tight timescales is a pre-requisite.
- Reporting in a complex multi-country, multi-divisional, service****:

- Previous experience of a customer-facing role using operating systems such as iScala & TM1 concept software along with financial / accounting experience
- Providing senior management with financial results and analysis
- Demonstrable experience working with complex financial and operational information systems and controls in a large business that provides consistent and reliable information.
- Focus on strong focus on customer service
