**Responsibilities**:
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
- Guide clients through step-by-step solutions.
- Document and track issues in the ticketing system.
- Follow up with clients to ensure issue resolution.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience in a technical support role.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
**What We Offer**:
- Basic Salary: EGP 6,000 per month
- Ticket Resolution Incentive
- Customer Satisfaction Incentive
- Attendance Bonus
**Basic Salary**: EGP 6,000 per month
**Incentives**:
- **Ticket Resolution Incentive**: Additional EGP 500 for every 50 tickets resolved within SLA.
- **Customer Satisfaction Incentive**: Additional EGP 1,000 per month for maintaining a customer satisfaction rating above 90%.
- **Attendance Bonus**: Additional EGP 300 for 100% attendance in a month.
**Reports To**: Technical Support Manager
**Responsibilities**:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
- Guide clients through step-by-step solutions.
- Document and track issues in the ticketing system.
- Follow up with clients to ensure issue resolution.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a technical support agent or similar role.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Windows, Mac OS, and common office software.
**Skills**:
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Customer-oriented and cool-tempered.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Pay: E£6,000.00 per month
