**Job Purpose**:

- To assist the Marketing Head; the Marketing Manager will be responsible for the success of the brand/s on hand. Plan, develop and direct marketing efforts to increase the value and performance of the brand; not limited to the brand value & equity, brand positioning, brand experience, market share, profitability.

**Job Details - Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:

- Assist with planning and executing the annual marketing plan.
- Implement all the brand marketing activities and coordinate with all the stakeholders in the different departments and suppliers/agencies.
- Liaise with and lead the advertising agencies, other appointed agencies and service providers on various promotional activities and day-to-day business needs to deliver impactful tasks and projects.
- Assist with the Marketing budget preparation, budget control, savings, monthly reporting of expenses vs. budget; Assist in tracking and updating the marketing budgets and actual expenditures on monthly basis to ensure they are in-line with the plan and with the finance department records.
- Identify, screen and appoint suppliers / service providers as needed and in accordance with the procurement process.
- Align & interact with various internal departments, lead, attend meetings as required.
- Maintain and update the marketing calendars; general marketing calendar, social media & activities plans.
- carrying out market intelligence; analyzing data on-hand, carrying out surveys and research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends.
- Plan and execute of all communications and media actions on all channels including, print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that our offerings & services meet customers’ expectations and to build the excitement & credibility of the brand/s.
- Assist with pricing and offerings development/ new services/products launches as well as developing new business opportunities based on understanding for competitive offerings, consumer insights and profitability exercise with Ops and finance teams.
- Lead and Oversee the Brand digital performance; online booking, website and social media platforms and ensure that weekly/daily content is in line with the brand digital marketing plans and monthly KPIs are set against quarterly/annual plans and met.
- Prepare & maintain social media monthly calendars cycle; final monthly plans outline at least 7 days prior to every month, secure timely launch, performance monitoring, mid-month meetings for corrective action.
- Prepare monthly report keep up to date on all the marketing activities, analyze the return and feedback.
- Prepare and execute all required documentation (marketing folders up-to date), paperwork for approvals, accounting, correspondence, supplier databases, and general record keeping, while processing according to the procurement and financial processes.
- Assist the line manager (s)with continuous updates competitor’s information and analysis.
- Assist the line manager (s) with monthly marketing reports and sales analysis.
- Continuous tracking and delivering on consistency in branding, collaterals planning, development, POS requirement and in-venue branding in coordination with operations teams.
- Implement loyalty programs.
- Develop and maintain consumer information and CRM tool for marketing use.
- Timely reporting and getting back to line-manager on problems / difficulties that might affect projects timeline or delivery for fast action and proper progress.
- Secure quality of all deliverables and impactuflness of marketing collaterals and activities.
- Manage agencies/suppliers fairly, firmly and friendlywork on developing the relationship for best outcomes; plan ahead, clear briefs, realistic deadlines.
- Regular visits to venue/s, securing branding elements are effectively being placed and customer experience is met; Liaise on the spot with key responsible members in case of any discrepancy for fast action.
- Support teams’ members and show collaborative spirit\ Miscellaneous other tasks as reasonably required.
