Hadaf Solutions is looking for an experienced **Test Lead** to join our team in Hurghada. This role will be responsible for leading a team of testers, developing test strategies, and ensuring the timely and quality delivery of testing deliverables. If you have a passion for testing, leadership skills, and experience with automation, this is the perfect opportunity for you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership**: Manage, mentor, and guide a team of testers.
- **Test Strategy Development**: Define and execute testing strategies for various projects.
- **Automation**: Develop and maintain test automation frameworks, and create automated test scripts.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide updates.
- **Quality Assurance**: Oversee test planning, execution, and reporting to ensure high-quality software delivery.

**Key Qualifications**:

- **ISTQB Foundation and ISTQB Test Analyst Certification (required)**:

- **Minimum 3 years of leading a quality team (required)**:

- **Test Automation Experience (required)**:

- **Experience in test strategy, planning, and execution**:

- **Excellent leadership and communication skills**:

- **ISTQB Test Manager Certification (preferred)**:

- **Mobile Testing Experience (preferred)**
