Call Center Agents needed for a very reputable Telecommunication Company in U.A.E. The Agent uses effective communications and selling skills as well as use appropriate support tools to resolve customer requests in a timely fashion, professionally guiding members through steps to resolve billing and sales problems and issues. The Agent is responsible to ensure that customer expectations are met and are in line with the Client’s policies, practices and procedures. The following skills define a successful Agent 1. Problem Solving and Responding to Customer Need: Gathering and reviewing relevant customer information; understanding meaningful relationships across information sources; generating and selecting effective options for solutions; providing accurate information, service, or products; or referring customers to appropriate personnel. Job Behavior: - Strong sales skills - Quickly and effectively solves customer requests and problems. - Identifies the specific information needed to clarify the problem or situation. - Asks customers “discovery” questions to fully understand their needs and issues. - Approaches a complex problem by breaking it down into its component parts and considering each part in detail. - Seeks to increase knowledge of products, technical requirements, policies and procedures. 2. Multi-tasking: Quickly and accurately performing multiple tasks (e.g., talking, listening, entering and documentation information, seeking information, problem solving) simultaneously while managing the pace of the call and maintaining focus on the customer. Job Behavior: - Documents the pertinent facts surrounding customer calls in the computerized database to maintain a current account history. - Remains calm under stress. - Controls his/her response when criticized, attacked or provoked. - Completes required forms (e.g., time sheets, complaint logs) in accordance with call center procedures.
- Require both Good and Fair Command of English language - previous experience in Call center or Customer service is preferable - be able to work in flexible shifts - 9 hours shift included 1 hour Break - 5 Days/Week - Must be Graduated - Military Service Exempted or Served - Must be Alexandria Resident
