**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement paid media strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Manage and optimize campaigns on platforms like **Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital channels**.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and trends.
- Monitor ad performance, analyze key metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Negotiate and purchase advertising space in digital and traditional media.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- A/B test creatives, targeting, and ad placements to enhance performance.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and platform updates.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Proven experience** as a Media Buyer or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of **Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, TikTok Ads, and other ad platforms**.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
- Experience with budget allocation and cost optimization.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of tracking tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in e-commerce or B2B campaigns.
- Knowledge of programmatic advertising.
- Familiarity with CRM and automation tools.

Pay: E£5,000.00 - E£8,000.00 per month
