You will be joining the QC team with colleagues working day, evening, and night. We all chip in when and where it is needed, have a flat structure but high standards, enjoy a good laugh and have a pragmatic and operational approach to supporting our agenda. **About the position**
As a QC technician, you should be able to work in physical/chemical labs and micro labs. We are a team of 14 persons covering all shifts - day, evening, and night shifts. After a full training your workdays you will need to work 3 weeks on dayshift and 1 week on an evening shift. Working on dayshift is flexible between 7-16 and the evening shift is a 4 days week from Monday to Thursday 14-22. The training period will be all from 3-6 months.

**Who are we looking for?**
For our new colleague we are looking for:
- A trained lab technician or similar.
- Either have a lot of experience within analysis or are a new graduate eager to learn.
- Able to work in a complex environment and able to work with several things at one time.
- Sap is an advantage, but not a must

We work with some of the following analyses: spectrophotometric analysis, particle sizes, data color, HPLC (not much), etc.
We work from Sunday evening to Friday afternoon supporting the production during the process. You take very much part of the standardizing of the products and therefore you need to be able to do standard calculations after you have been trained in them. Our daily language is Danish, but we have much global communication in English.
We work with daily board meetings and continuous improvements throughout the organization.
