In a typical day as an **Financial analyst**, you would
- Provide complex, financial analysis for a financial function or a business.
- Fulfilling daily tasks related to different accounting activities such as booking of invoices, reconciliation of customer balances and statements etc, Payments processing, WHT processing, Archiving.
- Performs complex analysis of transactional accounting information to support decision making.
- Establish and maintain relationships with business leaders to guide and influence decision-making.
- Provide analytics to business initiatives, typically representing a sub-function within finance for a particular business.
- Support policy and process improvement and identifies opportunities.
- Identify issues and proposes solutions.
- Provide mentoring and guidance to analysts.

**Education and Experience Required**:

- Holding a first level University Degree or with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) preferred
- Typically 4+ years of experience as a financial analyst.
- Typically experienced in more than one finance function

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
- Strong analytical skills.- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Excellent teamwork skills
