**Principal Accountabilities**:
Periodically patrols buildings and grounds; checks doors, windows, and gates to determine they are secure.
Permits authorized persons to enter property upon verification of identity.
Reports irregularities such as fire hazards, leaks, and unlocked doors to proper authority.
Observes departing personnel to guard against property theft.
Performs other duties as assigned.

**Knowledge & Skills**:
Must have knowledge of English and Arabic, verbal and written.
Capability to interact with different levels of incidents.

**Experience & Education**:
Diploma from an accredited Technical School or Institute.
Two (2) years experience in a related field desired.

**Physical Requirements/Working Environment**:
Normal working conditions at the assignment location.
Long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.
