* Communicate and coordinate customers’ orders with internal departments and Export Manager.
- Review the production plan with the factory.

Revise and provide customers with documents.
- Document management of related forms.
- Order and invoicing data entry.
- Tracking Process to ensure on-time delivery.
- Prepare required reports and invoices.
- Coordinate with all the teams new and/or outstanding orders
- Prepare all the export documents needed and send them to customers.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Gender : Females only.

Pay: E£5,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- At the same field: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Fluency in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral) (preferred)
