* Coordinating the bookings with the export department and the factory.
- Preparing (PSD) to be sent to the agent or shipping line and follow-up with them until the booking is received.
- Coordinating the Shipping process starting from withdrawing the container & follow up with it until the container arrives at the factory, load it, and send the container numbers to the export department and the factory.
- Follow up with our broker until the container is lifted and returned to the port.
- After loading the container, the final shipping declarations (FSD)+ VGM.
- Follow up with the shipping line or agent to issue the (BL)
- Follow up with the broker on the customs clearance certificate.
- Follow up with the line or agent to make the telex release
- Update sheet of shipping details.
- Tracking Process to ensure on-time delivery.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Gender : Females only.

Pay: E£5,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- At the same field: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Fluency in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral) (preferred)
