Customer Success Specialist

The Technical Support will primarily focus on data entry tasks, managing client information, and ensuring seamless onboarding experiences. Strong time management, interpersonal skills, and a background in IT and Customer Service are essential. Familiarity with SaaS environments is preferred, with bonus points for experience with GHL CRM (Go High Level).
**Responsibilities**:
Efficiently manage client data and information. Ensure smooth onboarding processes by accurately transferring data. Demonstrate excellent time management and interpersonal skills. Collaborate with clients to retrieve necessary data for onboarding.
