**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Manage daily office operations and provide administrative support to the Operations Manager.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- **Project Management**:

- Assist in managing projects related to Hadoop, Swarovski, and golf carts.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to facilitate project requirements.
- **Financial Management**:

- Oversee office budgets and expenditures.
- Prepare financial reports and assist in financial planning and analysis.
- Manage invoicing, billing, and payment processing.
- **Human Resources**:

- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.
- Maintain employee records and manage HR-related documentation.
- Coordinate staff meetings and team-building activities.
- **Office Maintenance**:

- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Handle maintenance requests and coordinate repairs and services.

- **Administrative Efficiency**:

- Timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks.
- Successful coordination of meetings and travel arrangements.
- High level of organization and mínimal errors in correspondence and documentation.
- **Project Management**:

- On-time completion of projects within budget and scope.
- Effective communication with vendors and contractors.
- Positive feedback from stakeholders on project outcomes.
- **Financial Accuracy**:

- Accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Effective budget management and cost control.
- Timely processing of invoices and payments.
- **Employee Satisfaction**:

- Smooth onboarding process and positive feedback from new hires.
- High level of employee engagement and participation in team activities.
- Minimal HR-related issues and prompt resolution of any concerns.
- **Office Maintenance**:

- Clean and organized office environment.
- Adequate stock of office supplies at all times.
- Prompt handling of maintenance requests and repairs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in office management or administrative support.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
