The main responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial contracts and agreements to meet business needs and legal standards. This role involves managing and mitigating legal risks by designing and implementing effective company policies and procedures. Additionally, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations is crucial to safeguard business operations and reputation.

**Main assignments**:

- Reviewing and record keeping of corporate documents
- Manage and negotiate various contracts, including intra-group, third-party, vendor, partner, and customer agreements.
- Assist with managing the company's business insurance coverages, including global policies.
- Organizing the company's Intellectual Property, including trademarks, patents, and trade secrets.
- Responding to inquiries from regulatory agencies, customers, and the business community.
- Participate in developing internal policies to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Participating in the definition and development of corporate policies, procedures, and programs.
- Monitoring and reviewing government regulations.
- Providing ad-hoc legal support to the organization.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in law.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate and commercial law and procedures.
- Full comprehension of the influences of the external environment on a corporation.
- High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
- Sound judgment and ability to analyze situations and information.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Capacity to organize time and plan actions effectively to meet simultaneous deadlines.
- Ability to work in a multicultural diverse environment and under pressure.
