**Enterprise Solutions**:
In Enterprise Solutions, as part of Pepsico Global IT, we are developing and supporting the cutting-edge SAP based technologies, both S4/HANA and ECC. Our team has the best professionals in all - Functional, Technical, and Business - areas, required to make sure our implementation is responding properly to all the challenges modern businesses are facing. We are using Mobility solutions, connectivity and partner collaboration solutions, high end Analytics solutions, and many more. Geographically, we cover all markets worldwide.

**SAP Basis administrator**:
Since PepsiCo has all SAP Components, we expect that this person has some experience in at least 2 of the SAP components. SAP Components: S/4 HANA, PO, SAP Portal, BW/Enterprise HANA, CRM and in general technology stacks (ABAP/JAVA) of NetWeaver

**Responsibilities**
- Optimizing, monitoring, and configuring the SAP environments - Development, Quality Assurance and Production systems in line with business requirements
- Core basis experience in 4 SAP components: S/4 HANA, PO, SAP Portal, BW/Enterprise HANA, CRM and in general technology stacks (ABAP/JAVA) of NetWeaver
- Knowledgeable on SAP, middleware integration, configuration, administration, and SAP add-on software such as archiving, faxing, imaging, and workflow Performance Monitoring
- Advantageous to have certification in SAP HANA,PO, Portal, OSDB migration.
- Process Skills - Incident Management, Problem management, Change management Configuration management.
- SAP Basis day to day Support, SAP integration with other systems, and SAP Installation and Planning
- Problem resolution during development, rollout, and production support
- Utilizing Change Management to make changes
- Systems Administration Specialists will provide services directly to the sustain and project teams
- Familiarity with transports and the SAP methodology for migrations

**Qualifications**

**Required Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree required with 1+ years of hands-on SAP Basis experience across ABAP, JAVA systems, and Azure cloud
- S/4 HANA and cloud experience is a must

Preferred Skills
- SAP Certificates are a plus
- Proven experience or knowledge in SAP sustain activities and SAP enhancements implementations
- Troubleshooting skills of various issues in ABAP and JAVA systems
- Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements
- Knowledge or experience in at least three of the following SAP components: S/4 HANA, PO, SAP Portal, BW/Enterprise HANA,
- Knowledge in SAP Basis best practices related to system performance, high availability, system stability
- Knowledge of SAP upgrades, OS/DB migration process and infrastructure such as storage, networking, backup/recovery concepts
- Ability to work with a strong collaboration in a virtual environment and across matrix organization
- Fluency in verbal and written English.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
