- The Accounts Receivable Europe organization provides professional services to the legal entities operated by the client affiliates. Scope of service includes the end-to-end Collections & Dispute management process._

- Responsibilities_

- _Work closely with Team leader and Team members._
- _Perform Senior AR Specialist daily activities._
- _Help and guide junior colleagues on difficult account reconciliation / escalation cases._
- _Help tracking performance the junior other team members' performance._
- _Coaching juniors on process related situations._
- _Act as client facing person besides the Team leader._
- _Drive projects, initiatives to improve AR process by involving team members and cascading output to Clients._
- _Analyse reports, flag risks and improvement possibilities to Team Leader and our Client._
- _Improve & maintain reports based on the I2C standards._
- _Be an active part in internal new projects and produce innovative ideas & ways of executing them._
- _Identify and drive process improvement opportunities, projects aligned with business initiatives and customer needs._
- _Drive standardization and productivity improvement within the team._
- _Collaborates inside the company with members of the same team or other teams to accomplish the allocated tasks._
- _Collaborates outside the company with client representatives, within the authority limits allocated by the direct manager._
- _Offer support to the team for customer accounts clearings and reconciliations._
- _Accomplish all responsibilities in line with client compliance and integrity requirements._
- _Create, update, revise, and submit standard operating procedures for approval._
- _Follow the training plan set by management, complete it on time, and highlight potential risks for delays._
- _Act as a backup or cross-trained for another process or scope of work._

- Qualifications_
- Minimum qualifications_
- _Full professional knowledge of Arabic, C2 and English B2._
- _Business School Degree or qualification or minimum relevant work experience, related experience to either cash collection or customer service, ideally in a multinational environment._
- _Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment._
- _Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel._
- _Demonstrated effective cash collection skills, with detail orientation._
- _Proven financial analysis skills_
- _Ability to be hardworking and to think “outside the box”._
- _Excellent proven interpersonal and teamwork skills._
- _Excellent verbal and written communication skills._
- _Capable of inventive problem solving, while remaining customer focused._
- _Cultural awareness in a diverse and international environment._
- _Thirst for learning._
