**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Greet and assist customers as they enter the store.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally.
- **Sales**:

- Identify customer needs and recommend products to meet those needs.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on product features, benefits, and availability.
- Demonstrate product usage and provide accurate product recommendations.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of promotions, sales, and offers.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Assist in stocking shelves and organizing displays.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock or out-of-stock items.
- Participate in inventory counts as required.
- **Store Operations**:

- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety standards.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with team members to achieve overall store objectives.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Assist in training new staff members as needed.

Pay: E£10,000.00 per month
