**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Service & Sales**:
- Greet customers as they enter the store, and create a welcoming environment.
- Understand customer needs by asking relevant questions and offering product recommendations.
- Assist customers with product knowledge on skincare, makeup, fragrances, and other cosmetic items.
- Conduct product demonstrations and makeup trials when necessary.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Stay up to date with the latest beauty products, trends, and promotions.
- **Store Operations**:
- Maintain a clean, well-organized, and visually appealing retail space.
- Replenish and arrange merchandise on the shelves, ensuring product displays are appealing and well-stocked.
- Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges.
- **Customer Engagement**:
- Build lasting relationships with customers by offering follow-up services and loyalty programs.
- Maintain a client book to track frequent buyers and offer personalized service on future visits.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Work closely with other sales associates and team members to create a cohesive and productive sales environment.
- Support the store manager in executing promotions, events, and product launches.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the cosmetics or beauty industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- A passion for cosmetics and beauty.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Certification in cosmetology or beauty-related fields is a plus.
- Prior experience with a luxury beauty brand.
