**What you can expect**
- Managing and overseeing the general accounting functions, including asset accounting.
- Participating in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
- Preparation of financial statements and reports in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Reconciling accounts and ensuring compliance with accounting principles.
- Analyzing financial data and providing insights to management.
- Collaborating with internal teams, headquarters, partners, and joint ventures to support financial operations.
- Facilitating interactive communication and collaboration to ensure smooth financial processes across various entities.
- Coordinate and participate in the physical inventory regularly.
- Be aware of their role, responsibilities and accountabilities to perform their activity in accordance with HSEQ.
- Any other duties as required.

**What we expect**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting roles.
- Fluency in both English and French (both written and spoken).
- Hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Proven ability to interactively collaborate with headquarters, partners, and joint ventures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
