Human Resource Manager

To manage the HR and administration functions for the head office and projects, by developing, communicating, and monitoring the implementation of all HR strategic initiatives, while ensuring employees’ compliance with the policies and procedures, as well as their satisfaction.
- Prepare the plan and budget for his department and ensure that all activities are executed within the set budget.
- Maintain all HR Policies & Procedures Manuals ensuring total compliance by all company employees. Also, update the manuals upon any occurring procedures/regulation change and ensure comprehensive communication to the concerned parties at head office and factory.
- Ensure the efficient execution of the HR policies covering recruitment, compensation, benefits, promotions, disciplining, and performance management, training, and personnel services based on the Company’s objectives, government regulations, and labor legislation.
- Prepare yearly company manpower plan in coordination with various Department Heads, while supervising the recruitment process of the vacant and/or replacement needs in a timely manner. to ensure the achievement of the organization’s objectives.
- Prepare the yearly training plan and budget including vocational and soft skills training, and approve training providers’ list to ensure addressing the identified performance gaps.
- Approve the Company’s Competency Model communication plan, to be fully instilled and comprehended by current company employees and efficiently introduced to new hires, to ensure a unified corporate culture and company identity.
- Help and management tools to Department Heads in the assessment of training needs for all positions in the company and ensure effective implementation of the approved training programs, as per the approved yearly plan.
- Ensure an efficient and continuous communication process with Finance, in matters relating to (increments, salary deductions/increases, on-boarding or resignations, etc.).
- Analyze performance trends and present them to top management, highlighting the organization's skills inventory level and improvement areas, and recommending HR initiatives to fill gaps. Follow-up and monitor the implementation of the approved initiatives.
- Ensures the continuous update of the company’s job descriptions on a by-yearly basis, ensuring it reflects any organizational change.
- Conduct bi-yearly training and refreshment sessions on “Interviewing Skills” and “Performance Appraisal”, to align efforts across the organization.
- Oversees and monitors all personnel affair-related aspects; including insurance, taxes, and all other labor office requirements to avoid any legal liability to the company.
- Keep close communication with HR representatives in the different units (when they exist) by conducting periodical visits to ensure the efficiency of their HR operations and strengthen the bond between the company’s sites.
- Conduct performance appraisal sessions of his direct report in due time. Review and approve the performance appraisals conducted by his first liners to their subordinates, ensuring a timely, efficient, and objective Performance Management process.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or another relevant discipline.
- +15 years of experience in the same field, 4 years of which in a similar position, preferably in the same or related industry.
- A master’s degree in human resources management.
- Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification preferred.
