**Position: Sales Specialist/Lead (SaaS/ Tech Sales) - Business Development - Account Executive/Manager**
**Application Deadline: April 20, 2024Salary Range: $2,000 - $2,500 (equivalent in Egyptian pounds)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to identify, target, and secure new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through effective research, lead generation, and networking strategies.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and industry partners to identify pain points and create tailored solutions that address their business needs.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management, outlining sales performance, pipeline progress, and revenue projections.
- Providing Business development Leadership - utilizing best industry practice and processes you will develop sector/region specific strategies and lead teams (where applicable) to develop pipeline and deliver revenue.
- Hire, regularly coach, and mentor high performing team members by creating a culture of partnership, growth, and ongoing learning, while ensuring alignment to strategy and goals. Perform full scope of people management responsibilities.
- Using CRM platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot to record and update all sales activity, progress, and pipeline.
- Partnering with the marketing team to execute sales cycles of inbound and targeted outbound prospects.

**Requirements**:

- You have 5+ years of successful Sales experience and quota-carrying in a B2B SaaS sales environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools to forecast and manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- You always act with integrity and operate with strong moral principles.
- You have the ability to work in a fast-paced tech sales environment.
- Experience and proven success as an Account Executive, Key Account Manager, Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or relevant role in the software industry.
- Experience and proven success with the Challenger Sale methodology is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of SaaS products and technologies.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Strong background in working in or selling to IT preferred.
- Experience managing and closing complex short sales (30-90 days) cycles.
- A strong presence on the phone and remote web sessions (Technical Presentations).
- Experience working with sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, Gong, ZoomInfo etc.
- Skilled at negotiating business terms with IT, procurement, and senior management teams.
