Security Governance Sr. Supervisor

Role purpose:

- Responsible to Develop and Operate Physical Security Compliance program across _VOIS in alignment with Vodafone Physical Security Policies
- Support Security operational activities for _VOIS EG Alex business and functions
- Leading Alex operational security matters with external stakeholders
- Provide adequate support to Corporate Security wide aspects (Investigations, DLP, BCM, CM, Awareness, Assurance, Record Management, Anti-Fruad ,etc) across Alex site(s) in alignment with CorpSec experts.
- Responsible for Security Assurance across _VOIS EG Alex business and functions

Key accountabilities and decision ownership
- Develop robust reporting and follow up mechanism to make sure _VOIS Physical Security Managers are operating according to standard policies
- Develop and standardize physical security processes and procedures (in alignment with VF Policies) to be implemented across _VOIS different locations
- Responsible to _VOIS EG Crisis Management Team
- Senior company spokesperson on security issues with governments
- Supports _VOIS EG and focusing on Alex sites (as required) in all operational matters regarding:

- Business Resilience (Business Continuity & Crisis Management, Personal and asset Security)
- Fraud Management
- Investigations
- Information security - DLP Cases
- Security Awareness & Assurance

Core competencies, knowledge and experience
- Proven experience in a Physical security related role
- Sound knowledge of BCM and CM.
- Risk mind-set, problem solving skills;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Self-driven and very good team player
- Experience in working in a international environment
- Availability to be on-call, in a crisis situation

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

- Bachelor of Law from Police Acadmy OR equivalent Bachelor of Law with proven 5 years of experience in similar position in multinational company is a must.
- Located in Alexandria
- Very good knowledge handling security systems is very important (GENETEC / Lenel / Milestone/etc)
- Very good knowledge about MS products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, PowerBI, Visio etc)
- PSP / CPP / BCI certifications would be a plus;
