Our client is a recognized leader in the Retail & Food manufacturing industry, providing comprehensive import and export services. We are currently seeking an experienced Import & Export Manager to oversee and enhance our operations in this critical area.

**About the Role**:
The Import & Export Manager will be responsible for managing all activities related to the import and export of goods. This includes ensuring compliance with all international trade regulations, overseeing logistics operations, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and customers. You will also lead a team of professionals to optimize the supply chain process and enhance overall operational efficiency.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the full spectrum of import and export operations, including logistics, documentation, and compliance.
- Ensure all import and export activities adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement best practices for supply chain management to improve operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international suppliers and customers.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Lead, train, and support a team of import and export professionals.
- Prepare reports and documentation for management to assess performance metrics and compliance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in import and export management.
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and compliance.
- Proven track record of managing complex supply chain operations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Experience in leading and managing a team.
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, business administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
