**we are looking for Secretary / Receptionist**

**Starting Salary 7000 EGP/ Monthly**

**Working hours 8 - start 9 am to 5 pm**

**Location - Nasr city, Cairo**

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Answer, screen and transfer incoming calls.
- Coordinate visits and align with different departments.
- Greet and welcome visitors and guests as soon as they arrive.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate employee or office.
- Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings and conference telephone calls
- Make preparations for committee meetings
- Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
- Submit a report at the end of each day to the CEO
- Prepare confidential correspondence, agendas and other confidential administrative tasks as assigned.
- Prepare reports, memos, letters, financial documents, presentations and any other documents.
- Perform other clerical duties such as filing & photocopying
- Manage and maintain filing/archiving systems, retrieve company documents, records, and reports.

**Job Specifications**:

- Females only.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office apps (outlook, word, PowerPoint, excel)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Presentable and good looking.
