- About this opportunity
- We are now looking for a (Ericsson Multimediation) EMM Operation Expert. Responsible for acceptance, integration, and testing of new services according to customer standards.
What you will do
- Strong experience in Ericsson Multi Mediation / Digital Mediation.
- Have strong background in dealing with all EMM nodes, and related protocols.
- Responsible for acceptance, integration, and testing of new services according to customer standards.
- Operating EMM services and doing all operations related tasks including maintenance, installation and configuration.
- Operation for all EMM services, including multiple Operating systems, Database types.
- Health check on the Production EMM nodes and ensure it's stability.
- Investigate, analyze, troubleshooting and resolve any case provided by front office or by Customer.
- Initiate and manage cases with different vendors related to different EMM services, if required.
- Verify FO daily Dashboard related to all EMM services.
- Create and analyze with performance management EMM KPIs and related thresholds for all EMM services.
- Analyze traffic trends and generating KPIs to provide periodic statistical reports.
- Create necessary scripts for monitoring or reporting on any EMM node.
- Develop detailed technical documents, specifications, and procedures for EMM systems.
- Provide Knowledge Share for Customer, as well as other teams cross Mobile domains in Ericsson.
- Attend and contribute to internal team meetings and external customer governance meetings.
- Align with Operations managers in case of any outages or support required.
You will bring
- Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering (Computer, IT, Telecom)
- Minimum 4 years of experience
- Must to have experience in (Ericsson Multimediation) EMM.
- Experience in Ericsson digital mediation
- Experience in EMM Operation.
