- **Job Purpose**:
**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Deploy, configure, test and debug the implemented solution based on technical issues and business requirements
- React to high severity technical issues that require immediate attention
- Work with multiple teams for successful resolution of issues and incidents
- Coordinate with other departments within the company to ensure that any issues are addressed quickly and efficiently
- Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges
- Escalate issues as per Service Level Agreement
- Offer proactive communication to clients, project managers and development team

Resolve complex technical issues by analysing problems, testing solutions, and recommending changes to existing systems

**Job Skills and Abilities**:

- Experience in relational database Engines (SQL Server, MongoDB etc) This includes the ability to write SQL queries
- Fair knowledge in Dot Net Core, Angular, and Xamarin
- Excellent Communication skills
- Excellent Problem-solving skills
- Excellent Customer service skills

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field
- 0 - 3 years of experience
