Job Description
Responsible for administrative and organizational tasks.
Attending executive meetings and prepares minutes of meetings.
Maintain the executive's agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
Compose correspondence, and prepare statistical reports.
Maintain Databases and filing systems.
Dealing with correspondence, complaints, and queries.
Determine matters of top priority and handle accordingly.
Maintain office procedures.
Relay directives, instructions and assignment to executives.
Ensure efficient and effective administrative information and assistance.
Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
Develop a variety of documents, charts, and graphs in final form.
Organize logistics and plan events

Job Requirements
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
Ability to work independently and interact effectively with all levels and a good team player.
Excellent MS Office knowledge.
Very Organized person.
Good looking.
**Bachelors degree required.**
**Fluent in English is must.**

**Salary will be determined in the interview based on experience**
