Job Description & Specification:
Mission:
Responsible for overall Safety and Security aspects in the organization.

Ensuring the safety of all Employees, Visitors, Contractors and suppliers.

Responsible for following and insuring compliance with all Valeo Directives and Regulations.

Responsible for Travel Services Activities for Employees.

Responsible for planning and monitoring all Medical Coverage & Operation for Employees.

Responsible for planning and monitoring all Shipment Services (Inbound & Outbound) for Projects Requirements.

Responsible for planning and monitoring all Site Services Activities(Electro mechanicals, Security, Safety, Health & Catering, Transportation, Internal Maintenance, Housekeeping and Office Boys)

Leading all Renovation Projects in the existing buildings.

Leading all projects for New Buildings and Moves.Communication with the Suppliers, Governmental Agencies, Smart Village, Service Providers, etc.

Process Improvement:

- Ensure process objectives
- Determine, implement and monitor metrics (KPIs).
- Improve process performance
- Negotiate other process conflicts with respective process owners
- Request required employee training - Review, approve and communicate process changes and/or improvements
- Drive towards system improvement goals
- Represent co-workers during internal/external assessments

Planning and overseeing the overall Administration Requirements and Activities.

Ensure the implementation of Monthly HSE Audits and the closure status of the findings.

Ensure the implementation of the Travel Policy and Guidelines.

Ensure the implementation of the Medical Coverage Policy for the Employees and Keep track of any complain until resolving.

Ensure the implementation of all Shipment Services Procedures and communication with NTRA, NSD and any other involved entity.

Ensure the timely implementation of Site Services Schedules.

Close Follow-up for Rennovation Projects, New Building Projects with all Stakeholders and Team Members.

Ensure all site Electro Mechanical Equipment Preventive Maintenance Plans are being done in a timely and efficient manner.

Ensure the efficiency and safety of the Employees Transportation Buses.

Annual Admin Department Budget Preparations and Approval and close follow-up on Admin Department Financial Performance.

Ensure Visitors Logitics Preparations ( Hotels, Transporation, Meet & Assist, etc. )

Events Planning (Special Events, VIP Events, etc.)
