Our team is over 50 people including web (C#/.NET, Java, JS) & mobile (iOS/Android/Ionic) developers together with business analysts, project managers, QA, and support staff. Our corporate culture is characterized by agile processes, autonomous teams without hierarchies, as well as openness and transparency - both internally and with our clients. Currently, we are searching for a Senior IBM Developer Automation Workflow to join the big team of professionals. We are looking for an active, responsive, and devoted person.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) Concepts.
- Experience in developing, customizing, and configuring workflows using IBM Business Automation Workflow software.
- Ability to design, document, and implement complex business processes using IBM Process Designer or other workflow design tools.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or other relevant languages for developing and customizing workflows within the IBM Business Automation Workflow environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues in workflows, process instances, and integration points within IBM Business Automation Workflow.
- Understanding of database concepts, SQL queries, and data manipulation for data interactions within the workflow processes.
- Experience in testing workflows, creating test cases, and ensuring quality standards are met in development and deployment of workflow solutions.
- Knowledge of workflow administration tasks, managing user roles and permissions, monitoring processes, and configuring system settings within IBM Business Automation Workflow.
- Ability to create technical documentation, user manuals, and provide clear communication with stakeholders, team members, and end-users.
- Familiarity with Agile development practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and iterative development cycles for workflow automation projects.
- Relevant IBM certifications related to business process automation, workflow management, or IBM Business Automation Workflow would be a plus.
- 5+ years experience in building enterprise grade solutions with IBM Business Automation Workflow.
- Fluent English speaker is a must.
