Introduction

As an Application Developer, you will lead IBM into the future by translating system requirements into the design and development of customized systems in an agile environment. The success of IBM is in your hands as you transform vital business needs into code and drive innovation. Your Role and Responsibilities

**Responsibilities**:

- Leadership skill to technically lead team and support them when needed
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to colleagues

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong programming skills in one or more languages, including Java, C#, Python
- Strong understanding of database concepts and experience with database design and development
- Experience with testing and debugging techniques, including unit testing, integration testing, and system testing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results
- Fluent in English

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Certified in one or more programming languages, such as Java, C#, or Python
- Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools, such as Jenkins or GitLab
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration, such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
