**Key Responsibilities**:
Support Sales Efforts:
Assist in identifying client needs and proposing tailored digital solutions.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Develop detailed technical proposals and respond to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) with precise technical specifications.

Client Engagement:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and technical requirements.
- Conduct needs analysis and gather client feedback to refine solutions that align with client expectations..
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a technical advisor throughout the sales and delivery process.

Solution Design and Delivery:

- Work with internal teams, including designers and developers, to design and develop solutions with a strong technical foundation, ensuring feasibility and scalability.
- Troubleshoot technical challenges with the team, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
- Review and ensure clean, efficient, and maintainable code in alignment with best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to development teams on coding standards and performance optimization.
- Oversee the delivery of digital projects, ensuring high quality and timely completion.

Quality Assurance:

- Monitor the quality of deliverables and ensure they meet client expectations and industry standards.
- Conduct regular reviews and provide feedback to the technical team to maintain high-quality output.

Documentation and Reporting:
With the support of a PM or an Admin (Depending on the project scale) Ensure detailed documentation for proposed solutions, including technical specifications and implementation plans.
- Ensure regular updates and reports are provided to the sales team and management on pre-sales activities, client engagements, and project delivery.

Team Collaboration:

- Collaborate with the project management and development teams to ensure seamless transition from pre-sales to project execution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the implementation phase and provide hands-on support as needed.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Foundational education in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Computer Engineer, Information Technology ), or proven work record in a technical position.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical/digital consulting role
- Hands-on experience with one or more technology stacks across web and mobile platforms (e.g., JavaScript frameworks, CMS systems, cloud services, etc.).
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and work closely with development teams to resolve them.
- Experience with code quality assurance, conducting code reviews, and ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to create and deliver engaging presentations and technical demonstrations
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience in overseeing project delivery, managing technical teams, and ensuring quality standards are met
- Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) is preferred
