**Description**
- Preparing Lab Manual and New Experiments for the whole Course.
- Attending Lectures with Faculty.
- Leading hands-on experimental lab sessions, ensuring students grasp practical aspects and Assisting them in effectively utilizing simulation tools such as Silvaco and Comsol for device characterization, analysis, and design.
- Assisting the course instructor in preparing and delivering lectures and preparing course materials
- Conduct tutoring sessions to provide individualized support and guidance to students, helping them understand theoretical concepts, problem-solving techniques, and simulation tools.
- Grading assignments, quizzes, lab reports, projects, and examinations promptly and fairly.
- Holding regular office hours and providing timely responses to students' questions and concerns.
- Assisting with course administration, including organizing lab equipment, maintaining course materials, and other related tasks.
- Help prepare accreditation folders for the course materials.
- Take class attendance, and maintain attendance records.
- Help students and instructors in the projects of the courses
- Maintain computers in classrooms and laboratories, and assist students with hardware and software use.
- Provide extra assistance to students with special needs, such as non-English-speaking students or those with physical and mental disabilities.
- Instruct and monitor students in the use and care of equipment and materials.
- Observe students' performance, and record relevant data to assess progress.
- Enforce administration policies and rules governing students

**Qualifications and Courses**
- Applicants should have an **(MSc/BSc) **in a relevant field such as Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of semiconductor physics and devices.
- **Proficiency in using simulation tools such as Silvaco and Comsol**, with hands-on experience in designing and analyzing photovoltaic and photonic devices.
- **Solid knowledge in Material Characterization and Imaging (UV-VIS, IR, SEM, TEM, XRD, AFM, DSC).**:

- Strong tutoring and mentoring skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and assist students in problem-solving.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Prior teaching or tutoring experience is highly preferred.

They need to show their ability to assist in teaching the following courses:

- **Photovoltaic and Photonic Devices Course (NANENG 424)**:

- **Advanced Characterization Techniques (MAMENG 402)**
