Especial Basic Salary+Bonus

Role:
Plan, organize and control selling operations in order to achieve targeted sales turnover and to persuade our clients with our marketing services to grow their image and profit.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and conduct customer visits, call presentations, negotiations & contracts.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Monitor and understand clients' needs and requirements.
- Tracks sales performance to objectives.
- Initial contact with prospective customers.
- Communicate and collaborate to close the deals.

Requirement:

- Bachelor's degree in the relevant field.
- +2 years of experience in the sales field (B2B)
- High Sales & Marketing skills are a must.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent research skills.
- Knowledge of Marketing is a must.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated.
- Good command of English and Arabic, spoken and written.
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems are a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Submit a monthly report

**Benefits**:

- Especially basic salary + very attractive bonus.
- Two days off/weekly

**Salary**: E£3,000.00 - E£6,000.00 per month
