**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, customize, and manage BIM families and templates to streamline design processes and enhance project efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure BIM integration aligns with project goals.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on BIM best practices And families.
- Stay abreast of the latest BIM trends and technologies, implementing innovative solutions to improve workflows.
- Assist in setting up and managing the Common Data Environment (CDE) for projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a BIM-focused role within a consulting environment.
- Extensive experience in creating and managing BIM families and templates, particularly in Revit.
- Strong understanding of BIM standards, protocols, and industry best practices.
- Familiarity with industry standards (ISO 19650, PAS 1192) and data exchange formats like IFC.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on teamwork.

Working hours: 8:00 to 17:00

Days off: Friday and Saturday
