Develops a solid and trusting relationship with key accounts. Serves as a liaison between the organization and key accounts. Addresses customers’ needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible to develop and maintain strong relationships.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Handles contract renewals with key accounts in compliance with the Egyptian Competition Authority.
- Ensures that all terms of the contracts are fulfilled.
- Visits key accounts on a daily basis and ensures that visibility and volume targets are met.
- Acts as the point of contact and handles accounts’ individual needs.
- Ensures on-time and accurate delivery of products to clients.
- Oversees visibility, quality, availability and volume of the company products.
- Maintains a good relationship with all clients and constantly communicates with them for feedback.
- Resolves any client complaints or requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Oversees the maintenance of all point of sales material.
- Follows up on client credit limits with the finance team and resolves any issues related to blocked accounts due to surpassed limits.
- Develops monthly reports on sales volumes versus targets and takes corrective actions accordingly.
- Stays up-to-date on competitor’s market activities. Suggests actions to improve sales performance and identifies opportunities for growth.
- Conducts regular surveys to gather data on visibility, volume, client needs, etc.
- Oversees the implementation of the e-commerce platform across the key accounts.
- Manages accounts in touristic areas on a seasonal basis. Develops and presents an analysis report detailing the visibility and volume across these accounts.
- Generates new business using existing and potential customer networks.

**Educational Background**

Bachelor degree in Business Administration is preferable

**Years of Experience**

2 - 6 years of experience in Sales field

2+ years sophisticated On-Trade experience
